Forestry

Operating since 1986,  Interpac Forest Products Ltd. represents the Interpac Group as a brokerage firm dealing in both domestic and international log sales.  They also own and manage Galloways, a dry-land sort yard in Port Edward, British Columbia, specializing in sorting, dumping, and bundling logs.  Over the last 10 years, one of the means of expansion has been through joint ventures with First Nations throughout British Columbia.  Interpac Resources represents the Interpac Group in several joint ventures that have successfully acquired licenses to harvest timber within each communities traditional grounds.  Each First Nation joint venture is responsible for managing, harvesting, and reforesting the forest land under each license.  Further to administering these First Nation joint venture forest licenses, Interpac Resources has founded agreements to manage several forest licenses currently held by Sonora Logging Ltd, SWC Holdings Ltd, and CGED Forest Products Ltd.
